I’m Güray Uzun, a London-based founder. I run three companies — Big Ben Suite, Big Ben Invest (the trading name of Cityy Ltd) and OverseasMED — and I’m rebuilding each of them to run on AI agents, with a named human approving every irreversible decision.

I started my first UK company, OverseasMED, in 2021. When I arrived, my name meant nothing here — no track record, no network. Back home a handshake could open a door; in London it opened nothing. That turned into the most useful lesson I’ve had as a founder: in this market trust isn’t given, it’s built slowly, with evidence. So I stopped trying to sound credible and started trying to be verifiable — showing the working, posting the decision and not just the outcome.

That thread runs through everything now. I’m rebuilding Big Ben Suite, Big Ben Invest and OverseasMED to run on AI agents, and I document the process in the open: what the agents draft, what they can’t do yet, and what a person still has to decide. AI drafts, I decide.
