My goal is simple: every one of my companies, fully autonomous. We are not there yet, today AI drafts and runs the routine; a named human approves every irreversible decision. I'm sharing the journey in the open, it should be fun to watch.
I’m Güray Uzun, a London-based founder. I run three companies , Big Ben Suite, Big Ben Invest (the trading name of Cityy Ltd) and OverseasMED, and I’m rebuilding each of them to run on AI agents, with a named human approving every irreversible decision.

Two names on every receipt
Every work-product on the Dispatch Ledger carries two names: the AI agent that drafted it and the human gate that cleared it. Here is the reasoning.

Build Log #2 — Two AIs run the company now. The bill is real. The verdict isn't in.
Three days into an orchestrator-plus-coder setup: ten tickets, ten first-pass approvals, one red line drawn by the human, fifteen drawn by the AI — and an owner who still can't feel the difference, because his orchestrator hit its usage limit while the coder idles at 1% quota.
