The name behind the code-name
Hittite great king (c. 1350-1322 BC) who built Anatolia's first true empire and pioneered viceroyalty, installing his own sons as sub-kings over Aleppo and Carchemish.
Why the name fits
A great king who ruled through installed sub-kings maps onto a super-holding orchestrator sitting above three company CEOs, an Anatolian imperial pattern for the top of the fleet.
