The rebuild — the operators

The Fleet Register

The pantheon is built from the forgotten-but-real masters of the ancient world — Kushim, the accountant whose name is the earliest ever written; Enheduanna, the earliest author known by name; Meton, who reconciled the calendar; Alyattes, who set the first coin standard. Each becomes the code-name for an AI agent now helping run the companies of the future.

The axis runs Anatolia — Mesopotamia — Egypt — Phoenicia — the Aegean, an echo of the Anatolia-to-London bridge; every name is tied to what its agent actually does. The tension is the point: hands that once sealed a clay tablet now work behind a console — yet no master can seal an irreversible act. That seal belongs to one person.

Truth code

Code-names for real systems. What's live is labelled live; what isn't is labelled in rollout, on hold or dormant. These are the agents behind a rebuild that is designed to run on its own — not a claim that it already does.

Above the pantheon

The Human Gate Güray Uzun

Every irreversible act — filing, payment, signature, login, send, publish — passes through his hand, and no agent may wear an ancient name in his place. He is the one seal the pantheon cannot forge.

Every irreversible decision crosses his desk.

The orchestration map

One human, one orchestrator, three CEOs

The gold gate sits above everything. Suppiluliuma, the holding orchestrator, directs shared services and the three company CEOs; each CEO carries a cluster of worker agents. Every dot is coloured by its real status — nothing here is lit brighter than the truth.

The rebuild, measured — per company

Where each company sits on the ladder

The same L1 → L4 ladder the vocabulary defines, read against the three companies as they really are today. Open a row for why it sits where it does and what the next rung needs.

Full autonomy is the goal, not the present state. Every company is pinned at L1 and stays there until the next rung is really done.

Big Ben Suite

Today · L1

Live at L1 — agents draft and run the routine.

Why here +Close −

Why it sits here

Named agents draft the routine for the Big Ben Suite short-let operation — pricing reviews, content, competitor scans, weekly plans — and a person signs anything irreversible. It is the furthest-along company in the fleet.

What the next rung needs

L2 needs the deny-by-default test gate widened so a draft can ship without a manual step, while the human keeps the irreversible one.

Why here +Close −

Why it sits here

Big Ben Invest — the trading name of Cityy Ltd — has a live site, but its worker agents (CRM, research, partnerships, legal) sit under a standing freeze while Suite leads the rebuild.

What the next rung needs

L2 needs the freeze lifted and the drafting agents wired to the Invest pipeline behind the same test gate.

Agents: 1 in rollout · 8 on hold · 4 dormant

Why it sits here

The E14 Canary Wharf short-let runs on live pricing, calendar and listing agents; the health-front and autonomous-AI effort is parked. OverseasMED appears here in the code-name layer only — named, never linked.

What the next rung needs

L2 needs the parked rebuild restarted and its drafts placed behind the deny-by-default gate.
